My office is located in the upper left hand corner of this photo next door to a law firm. It is around the corner and way down the 5th floor hall from the elevator. When the lot is full, parking can be found in the 2nd Scinto parking lot across the street from Rite Aid Pharmacy.

Fairfield Counseling Services is in a white Colonial style house behind Fairfield Town Hall next to a field. The parking lot is accessed through the Town Hall complex either through Beach Rd or Post Rd instead of Penfield Rd.

Along that note, if you have an addiction, please go to an appropriate and capable facility for evaluation and treatment.
Please keep in mind that Psychiatric problems may have Neurological and Medical aspects... particularly during emergencies.

If you are one of my patients and are experiencing a psychiatric problem that is not an emergency, please call me
according to the location where you see me.  If you have a side effect or adverse effect to a medication, please give me a call.

to reach you... in addition to whom you might or might not want me to leave a message with.
